Welcome to Sierah Strong For the Schools

Welcome! Whether you’re an educator, troop leader, camp counselor, or youth group facilitator, we’re excited to help you bring safety education to the young people you serve. Our free, ready-to-use curriculum is designed for schools, troops, youth groups, camps, and community organizations. With no prior self-defense experience needed, Sierah Strong provides facilitators with the tools needed to confidently guide participants.

With lessons, videos, activities, and supporting resources, you have the tools to help youth build awareness, confidence, and practical self-defense skills. We encourage you to teach the curriculum annually so participants can build on what they’ve learned and strengthen their skills over time.
